Hani Almenaye, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirms that white coffee is a traditional Saudi celebratory drink; there, the lightly roasted beans are brewed in an elaborate brass coffeepot, with cardamom. The resulting drink is a greenish shade with a spicy taste. This lightly roasted sustainable bean is higher in caffeine and has almost no acidity.
