We roast the beans light to enhance the caramely and sweet citrus aroma and taste of light cocoa, clean crisp acidity and rounded body. The price for this coffee is set by the coffee growers themselves and is paid to them directly.

Hani Almenaye, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirms that white coffee is a traditional Saudi celebratory drink; there, the lightly roasted beans are brewed in an elaborate brass coffeepot, with cardamom.
